When does FedEx Express pick-up?

5:00 PM - FedEx Express shipping pick-up is at 5:00 PM every weekday. Drop off your pre-labeled packages by 5pm. If you are needing a label and packaging supplies come by our shop - 14901 Quorum Drive, Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75254 - by 4:30 to get your package ready for shipment in time. Express pick-up includes Overnight, Priority, 2-Day, and International shipments.

When does FedEx Ground pick-up?

2:00 PM - FedEx Ground shipping pick-up is at 2:00 PM every weekday. Drop off your pre-labeled packages by 2pm. If you are needing a label and/or purchasing packaging supplies come by our shop - 14901 Quorum Drive, Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75254 - by 1:30 to get your package ready for shipment in time.

Can I drop off a package with my pre-made label?

Yes. Bring your FedEx packages to our shop - 14901 Quorum Drive, Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75254. We will make sure your package gets picked-up by a FedEx driver.

Is tracking available on all FedEx shipments?

Yes. FedEx offers many standard shipping features like package tracking. When tracking your package the detail page provides a summary of your shipment, including your shipment's current status, travel history and estimated delivery date.
